Identify Scope Deviations in the Project

Scope deviations are precisely calculated in the Rillsoft Cloud project management tool. When a project deviates from the plan, it is clearly visualized in the calendar scale, with you determining the time units and time frames.

If the current effort in the project does not differ from the baseline plan, it is displayed with a green background.

Light pink indicates that actual effort is less than planned. The color red warns you when actual effort exceeds the planned effort.
