Download the Rillsoft Project Cloud desktop app for Windows. It is the planning interface for project management, resource planning, capacity planning and multi-project management in Rillsoft Cloud.

What You Download

The download contains the Rillsoft Project Cloud Windows client. Use it to create project plans, identify resource bottlenecks and work with centrally stored project data. Rillsoft Cloud is the Rillsoft-hosted operating model of the Rillsoft Integration Server; the actual planning work is done in the desktop client.

Who This Download Is For

This download is intended for project-oriented companies that plan several projects in parallel and need to coordinate resources and capacities centrally. The desktop client connects to the cloud environment and uses the shared data set.

What You Need After Downloading

Installation takes a few minutes. The individual steps are described in the guide Install Rillsoft Cloud; for unattended deployment with the MSI package see Silent installation. How to sign in on first start and select your tenant is shown in Sign in to Rillsoft Cloud.

After installation, you need access to Rillsoft Cloud. For productive use, login credentials, user roles, project structure and the resource pool should be prepared.

AI assistant via MCP server

The MCP server for AI assistants such as Claude or Codex belongs to Rillsoft Project 10 and runs locally on the planner’s machine. It is not part of Rillsoft Cloud, must be enabled explicitly in the settings of Rillsoft Project 10 and can be restricted to read-only access. Rillsoft Connect (Android app)

For time reports, photos on the task and vacation requests on the go, the Android app Rillsoft Connect is available on the Google Play Store.
